Alex Mitchell, Spa Manager

An industry leader with more than 17 years experience, Alex brings a diverse range of skills to her role as Spa Manager. Prior to joining Spa at Chancery Court in 2010, she worked in a number of leading spas including the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa (St Andrews), Aqueous Spa at Dalhousie Castle, Cameron House Hotel (Loch Lomond) and pioneered the first public sector spa in collaboration with London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and Greenwich Leisure Limited.

In 2003, Alex was voted one of the top ten spa managers in the UK. Dedicated to educating the next generation of therapists, Alex is a qualified Beauty Therapy teacher and places a strong emphasis on product and treatment knowledge. She believes solid teamwork will create an unmatched ambience in the spa, aiding guests to escape and feel at ease in their surroundings.

Kelly Ceto, Head Receptionist

Kelly has a range of international experience with her career starting in Canada before heading to Hong Kong and then relocating to London. Prior to joining Spa at Chancery Court, Kelly worked in Hong Kong for Ivara Beauty Concepts, Wonderfish! Spa and in Vancouver for Eminence Organic Skincare, Vancouver Naturopathic Clinic and Acubalance Wellness Centre.
