BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

A valid credit card number is needed to secure your booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us in advance. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment it will be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full treatment fee, which will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.

GROUPS

More than three people attending the spa together constitutes a group and are subject to the terms and conditions of our Group Gatherings services. Please note, conditions of use are designed to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to unannounced groups and to apply full cancellation charges.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For medical reasons, spa guests must be aged 16 or over, both for use of the facilities and treatments.

Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are at your discretion. All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of printing, but are subject to changes without notice.
